1. Select the appropriate Platinum + service below, depending on the new client’s Nitrous Oxide usage.

a. Select the Platinum+ service for client locations that do not use Nitrous Oxide at all or less than 1-2 times per month.

b. Select the Platinum+ with the “B” Nitrous Package for client locations that only use Nitrous Oxide 1-2 times per month. They will not receive air sampling badges, but will be assigned Nitrous safety training.

c. Select the Platinum+ with the “C” Nitrous Package for client locations that use Nitrous Oxide 1-2 times per week. They will receive air sampling testing two times per year and will be assigned Nitrous safety training. Their test results must pass at least one of the two testing criteria.

d. Select the Platinum+ with the “D” Nitrous Package for client locations that use Nitrous Oxide 1-2 times per day. They will receive air sampling testing two times per year and will be assigned Nitrous safety training. Their test results must pass both of the two testing criteria.

2. Choose the quantity (# of locations your client is purchasing the service for).

3. Choose the billing interval.
